CoverSeal is committed to providing high-quality products. If your product does not meet our quality specifications - workmanship (sewing) or material defects, we will replace it within one year from the date of purchase. 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Documentation Required- Please provide the following:

  • Photographs of the product

  • Proof of purchase

  • An explanation of why the product does not meet CoverSeal standards

  • Submission: Send your request to support@getcoverseal.com.

 

Warranty Conditions

Exclusions: The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

Accidents

  • Misuse or abuse (e.g., catching on sharp edges or stress on materials like car antennas or steel bumpers)

  • Everyday wear and tear

  • Extreme weather conditions

 

Proper Use:

  • Covers are not intended for long-term use without periodic inspection

  • Shake off water or debris regularly

  • Always install the cover on dry surfaces

 

Limitations:

  • CoverSeal is not responsible for any damage to the property that the cover is used on.

  • While our covers are made with high-quality materials, rodents can chew through various materials, including wire, wood, and plastic. Our warranty does not cover rodent damage.
