How to Deploy Your Cover
Prepare your vehicle
Ensure your vehicle is clean and dry. Remove any debris from the surface to prevent scratching.
Unfold the cover
Carefully unfold the cover next to your vehicle. Identify the front and rear of the cover.
Position from front to back
Start at the front of the vehicle and drape the cover over, working your way to the back.
Secure the bottom apron
Pull the bottom apron down and ensure it seals to the ground around the vehicle perimeter.
Adjust for fit
Make final adjustments to ensure the cover fits snugly and smoothly over your vehicle.
Benefits of Using a Car Cover
Bird droppings are highly acidic and can etch into the clear coat within hours, causing permanent stains. A cover acts as a physical barrier.
Prolonged sun exposure degrades the clear coat, leading to fading, oxidation, and micro-cracking. A quality cover reflects or absorbs a significant portion of UV radiation.
These organic substances are sticky, corrosive, and difficult to remove. A cover prevents them from bonding to the paint surface.
CoverSeal's bottom apron seals to the ground and impedes their ingress into your vehicle.
CoverSeal's technology limits the intrusion of insects and dust.
In dusty or sandy areas, wind-blown particles can directly sandblast the paint. The cover absorbs the impact, keeping the original finish intact.

Things to Be Aware Of
Even with soft inner linings, any movement of the cover in windy conditions creates fine swirl marks.
If the car body or cover's inner surface is not clean, dust and grit become embedded and scour the clear coat.
In strong winds, the cover flaps and vibrates. CoverSeal does not need zippers or elastic bands.
Dragging the cover across a dirty surface can create linear scratches.
CoverSeal Covers are breathable but highly water resistant. Mold is still an issue in humid environments. Vents help minimize this but should be watched after first use.
